The Trek Superfly 8 is a mountain bike with an aluminum Alpha Platinum frame. The frame comes in  Viper  Red  /  Trek  White or  Black  Titanite  /  Trek  Cyan.

It was first released in 2014 and again in 2015. Due to the frame materials and other factors, we estimate that this bike weighs around 35 pounds. The Superfly 8 has fork suspension with 100mm travel.

Components

The Superfly 8 comes with Shimano SLX components, including a Bontrager Race Lite stem, a sealed, FSA IS-2 E2 headset and Shimano SLX shifters.

The Superfly 8 has 10 speeds and has Shimano HG50 rear cogs and a Shimano derailleur.
